About Me:

Hi, my name is Amin Egbejobi and I am the black student officer. I study Counselling and Psychotherapy and have a vested interest in mental health and the accessibility of counselling to minority communities. I have a passion for creativity and would love to specialise in art therapy. 

My role as the Black Student officer will encompass working with the African Caribbean Society to help create events for the black community, as well as also ensuring black students’ voices are heard across campus. This could be in the form of focus groups or online forms. Finally, providing more opportunities for black students to connect and work with other organizations and generally creating safe spaces for black students to thrive.
