Whether you love a night out, want somewhere to meet new people, enjoy a bit of friendly competition, or prefer chilled-out alcohol-free activities, there’s something here for you.
What We’re All About
Bar Olympics is all about bringing people together through weekly socials, games, challenges and activities.
You don’t have to be super competitive (or even remotely good at the games 😭) — the main aim is to have fun, meet people and get involved.
Wednesday Socials 🍻🏆
Our Wednesday socials are our main Bar Olympics nights, with different themes, games and activities throughout the year.
Expect things like:
• Themed nights and fancy dress
• Beer pong & flip cup
• Team games and challenges
• Social bingo
• Quizzes and competitions
• Karaoke
• Prizes
• Team points
• Plenty of opportunities to meet new people
Each week is different, and fancy dress is always encouraged for themed socials but never essential!
Non-Drinker Socials 🎨☕️
You absolutely do not have to drink to be part of Bar Olympics.
Alongside our main socials, we run weekly alcohol-free socials on Mondays, designed to be smaller, more relaxed events where you can chat, make friends and do something creative.
Activities include things like:
• Sip & Paint
• Bracelet making
• Bookmark making
• Clay Club
• Rock painting
• Vision boards
• Seasonal crafts
• Games and other chilled activities
These socials are completely free and open to anyone in the society.

Bar Olympics is ultimately about finding your people at university.
Come with your friends or come completely on your own — lots of our members join without knowing anyone!
Whether you attend every Wednesday, prefer our Monday socials, or just come along whenever something catches your eye, there’s no pressure to attend everything.
